Shuttle service to the airport was convenient and timely. Saved us so much time and hassle with the luggage we had. The coffee was some of the best coffee I’ve had during my time in Orlando- very fresh and smooth. I really liked the functionality of the rooms- no unnecessary extra fluff, exactly what you need to get work done, unwind, or simply spend the night. The variety of channels offered was also greatly appreciated. Staff were approachable and easy to get a hold of. I called them at 1am to request a wake up call and they promptly made a note of it and made sure to call me.

I loved how professional and caring/ hospitality the front desk showed my family. Staying here was a great experience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, juice bar, coffee bar, ect. You can also tell the employees are happy working there. That matters only because of how they're so willing and happy to go above and beyond for the customers. I will definitely be back!

Close to airport. Great free shuttle service from airport, especially since we were in a late flight. Picked up within minutes.

The check in process was quick and the agent Nino was very helpful and kind. We liked the 24/7 coffee bar area as we had an early flight and had to check out prior to breakfast service, so it was nice to have that option & the coffee was great! Loved having 2 beds in the room and the bright light around the bathroom mirror.

Even Though there’s no pool on property, the hotel shared a pool with the a hotel 60 feet away. This hotel is super clean, they provide transportation to the train and airplane, breakfast was bananas cereal omelette and biscuits but there are many restaurants in the area. It’s super new and very modern, and for the price they beat expectations.

This was a last minute booking due to a changed flight. I have never been to an AVID hotel and the price I was expecting what we get when we drive down to florida and stay in similar costing hotels...not at all. This was clean, fresh, great design (simple yet effective) the staff was very friendly, the food in the morning easy and good. very good!

I liked the cleanness, the high-speed free wifi, the good space inside the room, the coolness of the bathroom. The gym looked good, but I didn't try it. The airport shuttle worked without a problem. The bedroom and the common areas were great locations for working remotely. Very good!
